Management Portal - Using Advanced Search Filters

All Search Screens have two Search/Filter modes:
  1. Basic Search Mode
    1. This mode allows simple searching of main fields relevant to the list you are on. on some screens addition basic filters may also be provided.
  2. Advanced Filter Mode
    1. This mode provide a number of other filters that you can apply to the returned list of items.
The Basic Search Mode is displayed when you first open a search screen.
  1. To use the Basic Search simply enter the details into the Search zone and click Search.
  2. The Clear but will remove the search term and also reload the entire list of items.

To access the additional filter fields, you click on the More Filter button.



This will change the display to show all of the advanced filters that are relevant for the search screen you are currently on.
  1. You can now select the appropriate filter values and click the Search button to apply the filter.
  2. Clicking the Clear button will reset all filters and return the full list.
  1. Clicking the Less Filters button will return you to the basic search mode.



Please note:
  1. All filters are applied to the resulting list that is displayed. This allows you to "drill down" to a concise list. 
  2. Some Filters all only one selection at a time, however to add flexibility others allow you to build a list of selections.
