Retailer Detail Screen

This article describes the Retailer Details screen and how to manage your retailer settings and information.

Information Pane


Customer Statistics Widget
The Customer Statistics field holds information regarding financials. YTD (Year to date) and MTD (Month to date) options. 

Ordering Trends
Displays the Sales and Returns Ordering Trends, in a simple graph form on the Retail Information screen.

General Tab

The General tab holds Retailer Status, Shop contact details, Type, Chain, Grade and Territory and other custom ways of categorising customers. 



Address Tab

The Address tab holds residential and postal address fields.

 

Contacts Tab

This section allows access to all contacts stored against the retailer. 
  1. Touch the Information icon next to any of the contacts to open the contacts full details.
The links for phone and email will also automatically create emails or start phones calls if your device allows it.

Notes Tab

The Notes Tab is where you can save a Note on the retailer.


Custom Tab

The Custom Tab lists details associated with any custom fields that have been configured. These fields will likely appear differently for your system as it is set differently for each system.



Groups Tab

The Groups Tab holds Custom grouping fields, completely configurable depending on your system and company needs. 



Accounts Tab

The Accounts Tab lists details a list of all active suppliers with their associated account numbers and priority as an order supplier.
This will display the price list the customer is associated with.
Where operating as an agent and a product is available from multiple suppliers the priorities determine which supplier will be chosen should a product be available from multiple suppliers when placing an order.

Touching  the Information icon for the Supplier will display the discount value that will be applied should the retailer order greater than the minimum quantity of items for a product in a specific Brand (or line).



Financials Tab

The Financials tab holds everything related to payment details. This is also where you can view if the Retailer is 'On Credit Hold'.
This tab is configurable to suit your business needs. 


Loyalty Tab

The Loyalty Tab holds information for loyalty programs.



Call History Pane

The Call History Tab will list any Interaction that has been made with the Retailer.
Call History will allow you to view:
  1. Journal Number
  2. Journal Date
  3. Journal Type
  4. Message if one has been applied
  5. Information Icon showing more detail
The filters on this pane operate in the same manner as the Call History Screen except it is fixed to only the selected retailer.
For information regarding the filters, please check this article (Call History).

If the current history on the iPad doesn't not go back far enough in the past you can refresh all history touching Refresh History.

Order History Pane

The Order History Tab will list any Orders that have been placed with the Retailer.
Order History will allow you to view:
  1. Order Number
  2. Order Date 
  3. Order Type
  4. Status
  5. Note on the Order if one has been applied
  6. Total Value of the order
Please note you can also select to view orders or invoice information from the Summary type button

The filters on this pane operate in the same manner as the Order History Screen except it is fixed to only the selected retailer.

If the current history on the iPad doesn't not go back far enough in the past you can refresh all history touching Refresh History.

Task History Pane

The Task History Tab will list any Task that has been taken place with the Retailer.
Task History will allow you to view:
  1. Response Number
  2. Task Date
  3. Task Type
  4. Name of Task
The filters on this pane operate in the same manner as the Task History Screen except it is fixed to only the selected retailer.

Retailer Operations

  1. New Order - To Start a New order
            (See  Creating a New Order for more information)
  1. Journal Note - Opens the Notes for you to enter a Note 
            See Creating a Journal Note for more information)

  1. Schedule Visit - Opens your Calendar 

  1. Edit Retailer - Allows you to edit any of the fields on the Retailer details
            (See Editing a Retailer for more information)

  1. New Return - Starts a New Return Order
                  Returns are created in a similar manner to normal orders however only add items mode is available
                  (See  Creating a New Order for more information)
