Task Response Search Screen
The Task Response provides a listing of the results of the tasks completed. You can also view the details associated with each response question.
To Display the Task Response Search screen
- Click Tasks in the Side Bar Menu to display the Task screens
- Then Click Task Responses to display the Task Response Search screen
This will display the Task Response Search screen
This screen is formatted similar to all other Search screens in the Management Portal
The More Options button provides the ability to export the displayed list to different file types.
Below this is the Search Zone. The Basis search allows you to search on the name of tasks and task type to quickly filter the list of Tasks.
To display the Advanced Filters
- Click the More Filters button
This adds additional Filters to the display so you can narrow down the list of Tasks to a finer degree.
To filter the list
- Set the Filter values accordingly
- click the Search button
The remainder of the Screen displays the actual list of Task Responses
To view a Task Response
- Click the Edit Button (pencil) in the Actions column for the Task Response you wish to view.
