- Configuring MYOB AccountRight Integration
You'll need some assistance from Inzant for some of the more detailed configuration - like the data mappings for product and customer transfers, however for the most part this process is able to be completed by yourself (Inzant support staff are always on hand to help if you need it). Once Inzant is connected to MYOB, they'll stay connected for quite a while. Every now and then MYOB break the connection and will require you to login again. We make this as simple as possible by automatically sending you an email when this needs to happen, with a link to the login page. Here's a quick guide on that process:
Reconnecting to your MYOB AccountRight
Every now and then you may find that you would like some customers or items you've added just added in MYOB to sync across to Inzant straight away - rather than waiting for the scheduled sync. You can easily trigger a sync at any time - here is a quick guide on this process;
Triggering an Import from MYOB AccountRight. This wont have any effect on the normal scheduled syncs, which will continue to run as per normal.
