Navigating the Contacts Search Screen

The Retailer Search screen provides you will a complete list of the Retailer Contacts in the system. It allows simple and advanced searching of contacts and also provides a number of views of the data.
The screen also allows you to export displayed data to a number of file formats.

In addition to the standard Search screen features we have provided a number of Display Options for the Contacts Search screen. The different options provide focused field groups for each different option. 
The display options are available from the More Options Button.

If you need to export a list of Contacts, this functionality is also available from the More Option button.



To view or edit an existing Contact,
  1. Click the Edit button (pencil) in the Actions Column, this will open the Retailer for the Contact and automatically select the Contact to view or edit.


There is also the capability to Bulk Edit contacts. 
To Bulk edit contacts, select the contacts to edit using the checkbox. After selecting all the required contacts, Click the Bulk Edit button and select the field and required value and click the Update button.
