Navigating the Price List Search Screen
The Price List Search screen provides you will a complete list of the price lists in the system. It allows simple and advanced searching of price lists and can also provides a number of views of the data.
The screen also allows you to export displayed data to a number of file formats.

To view the Price List Search screen
- click Price Lists in the Side Bar Menu
At the top of the screen are the New Product and More buttons.
Adding New Price Lists
The New Price List button allows you to Add new Price Lists to the system. To add a new Price list
- Click the Add Price List button
This will create a new Price List and load the Price List Detail screen where you can complete the setup process.

If you need to export a list of Products, this functionality is also available from the More Option button.
Searching and Filtering
The Product Search screen included both Basic Search functions and Advanced Filtering.
To use the Basic Search
- Enter text into the search zone
- Click Search
To access the Advanced Filters
- Click the More Filters Button
To use the Advanced Filtering,
- Select the filters as required
- Click Search
To return to Basic Search
- Click the Less Filters button
See Price List Details
The main area of the screen will display a list of Price Lists.
Note: The More button can include a number of different Display Options to provide columns that logically group related information.
To view or edit the details of a Price List
- Click the Edit button (pencil) in the Actions column
The will display the Price List Details screen for the product on that row.

Price Lists are used in the system to configure pricing for Products and to assign Retailers to the correct pricing.
Price List can also be configured to allow product from different supplier to be included in your system and have them automatically sent to the correct end location.
